摘要
为了评价河流的健康状况,在深入理解河流健康内涵的基础上,从河流形态特征、河流水量特征、河流水质特征、河流生境特征、水生生物特征、河岸带特征、防洪安全和河流供水水平8个方面构建了河流健康评价指标体系,基于可拓物元法的递阶层次架构和改进模糊优选理论中的隶属度建立了模糊物元河流健康评价模型,并将其应用于滦河河流健康评价中。结果表明,滦河河流健康等级为亚健康,与实际情况相符,可见基于模糊物元的河流健康评价模型可行、有效。
In order to assess the health status of the river,on the basis of deeply understanding the connotation of river health,this paper established the health assessment index system of the river which contained 8aspects,such as morphological characteristics,water quantity,water quality,habitat characteristics,hydrobiontes,riparian zone,security of flood control and water supply capacity.And then fuzzy matter-element river health assessment model was established on the foundation of the hierarchical structure in matter-element analysis method and improved membership degree in fuzzy optimization theory.Finally,the model was apply to assess the health status of the Luanhe River.The results show that the Luahen River belongs to sub-health,which is consistent with the actual situation.Therefore,fuzzy matter-element river health assessment model proves to be effective and feasible.
