摘要
为了消除山洪对冯家塔煤矿的威胁、保证煤矿的正常生产和安全运营,以冯家塔煤矿山洪现场勘查资料为依据,对山洪特征进行系统分析,选择合理的经验公式确定其特征值。在此基础上,以可拓学为基本原理,构建山洪危险性评价模型,利用该模型对冯家塔煤矿山洪进行危险性评价,评价结果为危险性大,与山洪的实际情况和未来趋势基本符合。最后根据实地调查结果及特征值,确定拦挡坝、消能坝、排导渠等相结合的综合治理措施。
In order to eliminate the flash flood threat to Fengjiata coal mine,maintain the normal production and safe operation of the coal mine,the features of flash flood are analyzed based on site investigation data of Fengjiata coal mine.The reasonable empirical formula is chosen to determine the eigenvalue.A risk assessment model of flash flood is established based on extenics theory.And then the risk of Fengjiata coal mine is evaluated by this method and the evaluation results of dangerousness is large,which is consistent with the actual situation and future trend.Finally,comprehensive improvement measurements are determined in terms of site investigation and eigenvalue,such as combination of the dam,energy dissipation dam and drainage canal.
