La_(1-x)K_xFeO_3纳米粉体的制备及其气敏性能研究

摘要 采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成一系列La1-xKxFeO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5)纳米粉体,并对其物相及气敏性进行研究,结果表明:对LaFeO3的A位进行K+掺杂后的La1-xKxFeO3仍具有LaFeO3斜方晶系钙钛矿结构;K+的掺入可以抑制晶粒的长大且明显提高材料的导电能力;La0.7K0.3FeO3材料对3×10-4g/cm3乙醇具有较高的灵敏度、良好的选择性及较短的响应-恢复时间. The nanopowders of La1- xKxFeO3( x =0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5) were prepared by a citric acid solgel method. Their microstructure and ethanol-sensing properties were investigated. The results showed that with the doping of K+the obtained powders were an orthorhombic perovskite structure,and the doping of K+could restrained the growth of the grain size. The K+doping enormously enhanced the conductivity of the samples. The gas sensors based on the La0. 7K0. 3FeO3 showed higher sensitivity to 3 × 10^-4g /cm^3 ethanol gas,and had better selectivity and response-recovery.
