摘要
焦化煤气净化脱硫工序脱硫塔采用折流板或旋流板捕雾器作为煤气捕雾设备,在塔内捕雾器清洗上往往采用工业水或脱硫液作为清洗介质,由于压力问题,目前我厂脱硫塔捕雾器清洗效果差,脱硫塔阻力升高。结合焦化厂现状,探讨高压氨水作为清洗介质的特点和工艺优化措施,说明高压氨水作为介质用来清洗脱硫塔捕雾器是较好的选择。
Desulfurization tower adopted the baffle plate or swirling mist collector as gas mist purification equipment in coking gas desulfurization process.The mist collector was cleaned with industrial water or desulfuration liquid as cleaning media,but cleaning effect was not so good because of pressure and made the resistance of desulfurization tower increase.High pressure ammonia water can be as cleaning media and process optimization has been put forward,which can conclude that high pressure ammonia water as cleaning media is good choice.
