摘要
利用化学成分、金相组织等方法,对SPA-H加工开裂现象进行了分析。结果表明,连铸保护渣和浸入式水口料卷入钢水中是SPA-H加工开裂的主要原因。可通过对过热度和耐材质量的控制解决该问题。
The cracking cause in cold bending process was investigated while producing SPA-H steel plate by analyzing chemical composition and microstructure.The results show that the main reason in that continuous casting mould fluxes and the material of submerged nozzle got into the molten steel.The problem can be solved by controlling the superheat and refractory quality.
