从南钢新项目建设、开车运行期间的员工培训工作入手,结合冶金行业员工培训的经验、方法,针对员工培训工作中存在的问题,着重对员工培训方案进行分析和探讨。
Starting with employees＇ training work during construction and operation of new projects, the paper analyzes and discuses staff training scheme based on staff training experience and method in the metallurgical industry and some problems in training.
