“顶岗置换”模式培养高师准幼儿教师的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 "顶岗置换"模式不仅促进了一线学前教师的职后培训,更有利于高师准幼儿教师的培养;同时,"顶岗置换"对高师准幼儿教师的培养提出了相应的挑战:顶岗对学生的高要求——能否从学生变为教师,顶岗对学生的低回报——能否从教中学。提出相应策略,促进"顶岗置换"模式下准幼儿教师的培养。 the mode of"taking post for field work and replacement training"is actively spreading all over the country and promotes the development of preschool teachers. This mode doesn't only promote the training of preschool teachers,but also promotes the cultivation of undergraduate to be preschool teacher in a normal college. This model facilitates the practice of the undergraduate of preschool education program in a normal college and provides more resources for them. But at the same time,it also puts forward the corresponding challenges: high demand for students-whether students can be trained into teachers; low return for students-whether the students can learn from teaching. Therefore,a normal college must put forward corresponding strategies to promote the cultivation of undergraduates to be preschool teachers.
