膀胱副神经节瘤1例报告并文献复习

Paraganglioma of the bladder:a case report and literature review

目的探讨膀胱副神经节瘤的诊治方法。方法分析收治的1例膀胱副神经节瘤的临床资料和诊治过程,并结合文献进行复习。结果结合患者的临床表现,完善盆腔CT、MRI、膀胱镜检等检查,按膀胱副神经节瘤完善术前准备,行膀胱部分切除术,术后病检证实为膀胱副神经节瘤。定期随访,未见肿瘤局部复发和转移。结论膀胱副神经节瘤非常罕见,在临床处理过程中,应注意血压波动导致的高血压危象。围手术期应做好充分准备,手术方式以膀胱部分切除术为主,术后需定期随访。

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the bladder paraganglioma. Methods We reported a case of the bladder paraganglioma,and we made a review of literature. Results The patient accepted contrast-enhanced CT and MRI scan,according to the clinical manifestation,also cystoscopy was performed.With consideration of the bladder paraganglioma,the patient underwent the partial cystectomy.The pathological diagnosis post-operation confirmed the bladder paraganglioma.The patient was followed up for 2years without tumor recurrence and metastasis. Conclusions Paraganglioma of urinary bladder is extremely rare.Precautions need to be taken to avoid complications such as transient hypertensive crisis during tumor manipulation,leading to serious consequences.With sufficient perioperative preparation,partial cystectomy should be performed.And regular follow-up should be taken.
