血清骨涎蛋白和鳞状细胞癌抗原检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨联合检测血清骨涎蛋白(BSP)和血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)在宫颈癌中的诊断价值。【方法】采用ELISA方法和化学发光法分别检测80例正常对照者、150例宫颈癌患者的血清BSP和SC-CAg水平。【结果】联合检测血清BSP和SCCAg水平,正常对照者(32.5%)的阳性率显著低于宫颈癌患者(89.3%);BSP、SCCAg单独检测的灵敏性显著低于联合检测,BSP或BSP和SCCAg联合检测的特异性显著低于SCCAg。【结论】BSP是一种较为理想的宫颈癌诊断的标志物,血清SCCAg抗原为具有较高特异性的宫颈癌诊断的标志物,联合检测血清BSP、血清SCCAg在宫颈癌中有较高的诊断价值。
