摘要
目的探讨肿瘤专科护理对骨肉瘤大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗患者的影响及意义,加强骨肉瘤大剂量甲氨蝶呤(MTX)化疗患者专科护理工作的重视。方法对我科2003年12月至2013年12月期间178例接受大剂量MTX化疗的骨肉瘤患者的化疗相关副反应进行回顾性分析,以2008年12月至2013年12月接受护理质量提升的专科护理患者为干预组;2003年12月至2008年12月接受内科常规护理的患者为对照组。结果通过积极有效的护理干预,降低了化疗期间副反应的几率,干预组肾功能损害、口腔黏膜炎、消化道反应和感染发生率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨肉瘤大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗的患者实施有效积极的专科护理,降低了化疗副反应,增强了患者生存的欲望,强化了其对医嘱的依从,提高了生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence and significance of the special nursing to high dose methotrexate chemotherapy in patients with osteosarcoma,to promote putting a high value on the special nursing.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for 178 osteosarcoma patients treated with high dose MTX chemotherapy from December,2003 to December,2013;patients from.December,2008 to December,2013 receiving the special nursing for the treatment group,others from December,2003 to December,2008 undergoing medical routine nursing as matched group.Results Sreduced the risk of adverse events during chemotherapy through effective nursing intervention.Conclusion The oncology special nursing to the high dose methotrexate chemotherapy in patients with osteosarcoma reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,enhance survival desire,strengthen adherence to the doctor＇s advice,improve the quality of life.
