英语中存在着大量符合模糊限制语定义的词语,模糊限制语包括变动型模糊限制语和缓和型模糊限制语。通过对几例商务英语谈判中出现的模糊限制语的分析,阐述了模糊限制语在商务英语谈判中的积极语用交际功能,并积极的推动商务英语谈判的进程。

There are a large amount of hedges consisting of approximators and shields in Eng- lish. Through analysis of typical hedges in English business negotiation, the paper intends to expa- tiate on positive roles in pragmatic communication and promote initiatively the process of business negotiation in English.
