摘要
教师工作倦怠的成因有以下几方面:工作超负荷,教师承受力有限的矛盾;历史地位与现实地位的反差;劳动价值与劳动报酬的反差。在此基础上,可采取如下教师工作倦怠的干预主要策略:科学管理制度的建设;尊师重教的社会风气建设;加强教师心理健康教育。
The causes for teacher job burnout include the contradiction between the overload work for the teacher and the teacher' s capacity limit; the disparity between the historical and re- alistic statuses; and the contrast between the labor values and remuneration.Based on these causes, such intervention strategies against the job burnout can be adopted: establishment of a system for scientific administration, development of a social ethos of teacher respect and emphasis on educa- tion, psychological health education for the teacher.
