洪山调是一种古老、独特、稀有的说唱曲种。起源于春秋末期,诞生于河南省济源市的苗亭,盛行于唐、宋、明、清及民国诸代,至今已有两千五百余年的历史。中华人民共和国成立后迅速得到恢复光大,并达到颠峰。洪山调艺术的板式丰富多样,曲调婉转,表现感情细腻、旋律及唱腔优美,富有很强的音乐表现力及艺术感染力。从音乐美学的角度看,洪山调音乐功能比较明显。

Hongshan tune,an ancient,unique and rare rap tuning opera,is popular in the area of Wenxian County,Henan Province. It originated in the late era of the Spring and Autumn Period,and came into existence in Miaoting Jiyuan city of Henan province,prevailing in the Tang,Song,Ming,Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China and has a history of two thousand five hundred years. It restored rapidly and reached its peak after the founding of the People＇s Republic of China. The patterns of Hongshan tune are verified,the tunes are tactful,the performances display delicate feelings,the melody and singing are pleasant and full of rich expressive power of music and artistic affective feelings. Judged from the aesthetic perspective,Hongshan tune owns an apparent music function.
