企业对供应商的社会责任管理研究

A Research on Enterprise's Management of Social Responsibility of Suppliers

随着社会的进步和市场化的推进,企业逐渐意识到社会责任的重要性,纷纷履行自身的社会责任。与此同时,也有企业陷于社会信任危机之中。究其原因,是企业对供应商的社会责任管理出现了问题。企业对供应商的社会责任管理有着重要的社会意义。研究企业对供应商社会责任管理存在的问题,可进一步探寻企业如何对供应商进行社会责任管理。

Along with the progress of the society and that of marketization,the enterprises have gradually realized the importance of their social responsibilities and one after another has started to fulfill its social responsibilities. At the same time,however,some enterprises have fallen into crisis in the social trust. By investigating and analyzing the reasons,it was found that the enterprise＇s management of social responsibility of suppliers was attributed to the problem. The management of social responsibility of the suppliers carried by the enterprises has a great social significance. The study of the problems existing in the enterprise＇s management of social responsibility of the suppliers will help further explore how to manage the social responsibility of suppliers.
