桥接组合式内固定系统治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折围术期护理体会

Perioperative nursing experience of the treatment with bridge combined fixation system in elderly intertrochanteric fracture of femur

目的：总结桥接组合式内固定系统在治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的围术期护理经验。方法：选择应用桥接组合式内固定系统切开复位固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折26例患者，总结相关护理经验。结果：26例患者均获得随访，随访时间6-13个月，平均随访时间10.5个月。随访期间26例X线显示骨折愈合情况良好，均未出现内固定系统松动、断裂现象，且均恢复了生活自理能力。按Harris髋关节功能评分标准，优22例，良4例。结论：加强患者围术期护理干预是手术成功的保证，能有效减少术后并发症的发生，促进患者康复。

Objective To summarize the perioperatiVe nursing experience of the treatment with bridge combined fixation system in eld-erly intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Method Summarizes the related nursing experience of 26 cases hospitalized in our department from March 2012 to April 2013 treated with bridge combined fixation system in elderly intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Results All of the 26 cases were followed up,the follow-up time ranged from 6 to 13 months,aVerage follow-up time of 10. 5 months. During this period,26 ca-ses＇X-ray showed fractures healed in good condition,there were no signs of internal fixation phenomenon like loosening and fracturing and so on,and can all liVe on their own. According to Harris assessment,5 patients reached excellent,1 good. Conclusion Strengthen the perio-peratiVe nursing interVention in patients,is the guarantee of successful operation,and can effectiVely reduce the incidence of postoperatiVe complications,promote their recoVery.
