基于交易结构的商业模式构成要素分析 被引量:12

摘要 商业模式是利益相关者的交易结构,其构成要素也应基于交易结构。本文梳理、回顾了主要学者在商业模式构成要素上的定义,发现很多构成要素属于交易结构的范畴,如交易主体、交易方式、交易定价或整个交易结构,同时,很多学者把原本属于战略、营销、财务等学科的要素也归到商业模式。本文认为,形成独立于其他社会科学学科的构成要素,是商业模式成为独立学科的基础。而只有聚焦于交易,围绕交易结构,才能有效定义商业模式的构成要素,为进一步研究、设计商业模式提供分析框架。本文给出了以交易结构为核心的商业模式构成要素,并阐述商业模式是一个基于交易结构的效率乘数,同时解答了"交易内容不属于商业模式"而属于战略的关键问题,明确厘清了商业模式的概念外延。
