摘要
机场救援消防车底盘系统因特殊的使用要求,其性能及技术都应达到重型越野汽车技术的最高水平。针对以上特点自主研发了机场救援消防车专用底盘,应用新型轮边减速器、流线型铝质蒙皮驾驶室、宽体式一体车架、空气弹簧和推力杆悬架机构等,在设计技术、制造工艺等方面均有突破性进展,并且遵循了系列化、功能化和多元化的特点,更合理地发挥了消防车的效能,解决了车辆加速性能不足、车辆最高车速较低、高速行驶稳定性不高、高速行驶时无法实施救援、空满载车辆高度变化过大等难题。
For special use requirement to airport rescue fire engine chassis system, its performance and technology should be to the high- est levels of heavy-off-road vehicle technology. In view of the above characteristics, self-help airport rescue fire engine special chassis was in- dependently developed by a company. In the special chassis, new wheel reductor, stream lined aluminum skin cab, wide-body integration frame, air spring and thrust rod suspension mechanism were applied. In design and manufacturing process, breakthrough progress had gained, and it followed the characteristics of seriation, functionalization and diversity. So the efficiency of the engine is exerted better. The problems including insufficiency acceleration ability, low top speed, poor high-speed stability, unable to rescues at high speed, excessive height change under idle condition and fully loaded condition, are solved.
