摘要
信访问题大多与群众切身利益相关,是我国经济、政治、社会问题的综合体现。本文论述了将领先的云计算理念运用到政府网络问政工作上,支持边远农村远程视频接访,将现有网上信访平台完善为全省统一的一套信访综合业务管理系统。最终形成"以人为本、方便群众、整合资源、增强合力、畅通有序、高效服务"的"一站式"解决信访问题的信访信息化系统。
