摘要
吊装方案对塔器安装具有重要影响。吊装过程中塔器满足强度要求时,应尽量采取整体吊装。利用有限元方法,针对大型塔器吊装过程分析了塔吊过程中水平及垂直状态下塔体挠度及应力状况,共分析了3种吊装方案,得到了较为合理的结果。
Hoisting scheme has an important influence on installing the tower and if the lifting process towers meets the strength requirements,we should try to take overall lifting. In this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze the tower deflection and stress conditions in the process of hoisting horizontal and vertical state. A reasonable option has achieved after analyzing three lifting programs.
