摘要
发动机工作时燃烧室内的温度很高,其缸盖和缸体内有循环水为其降温,水腔的设计直接决定发动机缸盖和缸套的降温效果,如果能够测试到燃烧室内壁温度,将对发动机缸盖、缸套水腔设计的降温效果提供有力数据。介绍了为得到某发动机气缸盖和气缸套的温度场分布规律而设计的基于存储测试技术的温度场测试系统。该测试系统获取了多种工况下气缸盖和气缸套上多个测点的温度变化规律。列出了部分通过实验得到的发动机不同转速和功率下的温度数据,并进行了简单分析。该测试系统测试通道多、同步性好,测试结果准确可靠。
The temperature of combustion chamber is very high when vehicle engine is working. There is recycled water inside the diesel engine head and cylinder sleeve for cooling and the design of water cavity will decide the cooling effect of engine head and cylinder liner directly. If the temperature of the inner wall of combustion chamber can be measured, it will provide reliable data to the cooling effect of water cavity of diesel engine head and cylinder liner. To get the temperature field distribution of engine cylinder head and cylinder liner, a temperature testing system is designed in this paper based on storage testing technology. The temperature changing rules of cylinder head and cylinder liner under multiple conditions are acquired. In this paper, a part of temperature data at different engine speeds and volume powers are given by experiments, and the simple analyses are carried out. This testing system has the advantages of multi-channel inputs, good synchronicity, and the test results are accurate and reliable.
