摘要 转岗幼儿教师的专业理念决定着转岗幼儿教师的教育教学行为和专业素养,影响着他们的自身专业发展方向和教学效果。重构转岗幼儿教师的学前教育价值观、儿童观和保教活动观等专业理念,可以防止和纠正幼儿教育的"小学化"倾向,提高幼儿园保教活动的质量和效果,推进以幼儿发展为本的学前教育改革。 Professional philosophy of preschool teachers ,whose jobs have been transferred , decides their teaching behavior and professional accomplishment, affects the direction of their own professional devel- opment and teaching effect . Reconstructing these preschool teachers' professional philosophy, such as educational values ,view of children and view of teaching activities, can prevent and correct the "primary school" tendency of preschool education. It can also improve the quality and effect of teaching activities in kindergartens, and promote the preschool education reform based on children' s development as well.
