摘要 国家有必要制定《幼儿园教师职业准入标准》。在国内外比较研究、全国六省调查研究的基础上,提出了师德为先、素质为本、能力为重、专业化取向、可持续发展、"门槛"适度的6项原则。从4个维度26个领域初步构建了《幼儿园教师职业准入标准(建议稿)》,简称"426标准"。同时提出实施"国标、省考、市评"的资格认定制度和"档案袋"制度。 There is a need to develop the kindergarten teacher professional access standard in China. Based on not only the comparative study of home and abroad but also the investigation of six provinces in China, we proposed six principles, such as ethics first.quality-oriented,capacity important,professional orienta- tion,sustainable development, moderate threshold. We initially constructed the Kindergarten Teacher Professional Access Standard (the proposed draft) from four dimensions of 26 areas, it is abbreviated to as "426 Standard". At the same time, we proposed implement the qualification recognition system of "National Standards, Provincial Exams, Municipal Assessment," and the "Portfolio" system.
