摘要
以羊口疮痂皮毒抗原接种家兔制备高免血清,经琼扩试验检测血清价为1∶16;通过抗原与兔抗羊口疮高免血清的方阵分析,确定兔抗羊口疮高免血清诊断抗体的最佳稀释度为1∶4;该诊断抗体对5份不同地区的羊口疮疑似病料都呈现特异性反应,不与山羊痘疫苗毒、口蹄疫疫苗毒和羊正常皮肤抗原发生交叉反应。琼脂扩散试验检测羊口疮病毒是一种简便、易于判断、实用性强的诊断方法。
The Orf scab skin toxic antigen were inoculated into rabbits to produce hyperimmune serum.The serum titer of AGP were 1∶16. Using matrix analysis,the dilution of anti-Orf rabbit serum for diagnosis was1∶4. The detection of Orf suspected materials from 5 different regions showed specific reaction. No cross reaction with goat pox vaccine,foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and normal skin antigen of goat. Agar diffusion test of Orf virusis a simple,easy to perform,practical diagnostic method.
