摘要随着近年来腹腔镜技术的迅速发展，中低位直肠癌的保肛率得到了很大的提高，很多低位直肠癌保肛成为了现实，让广大患者实现了保肛的愿望，但术后吻合口狭窄亦为患者带来了许多痛苦，我们2012年7月至2013年7月对8例低位（吻合口距肛缘5 cm 以下）吻合口重度狭窄的患者施行 PPH 吻合器吻合口再次成形术，均取得满意的临床效果。现报道如下。
