重庆垫江地区人乳头瘤病毒感染研究

Study of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in Chongqing Dianjiang area

目的了解23种常见HPV亚型在重庆垫江地区的分布及不同年龄段感染的情况。方法运用反向膜杂交技术对5264例妇女进行HPV亚型检测,然后运用SPSS软件分析。结果高危型感染HPV-16、58、52最为常见;低危型感染HPV-43、6、11最为常见。31-40岁年龄段具有较高的感染率,占总感染的40.21%。结论本地区的HPV感染,高危型以16型为首,低危型以43型为首。30以上到40岁年龄段是HPV感染的高发阶段,需高度警惕。

Objective： To understand the Subtypes distribution of 23 common HPV in Dianjiang area, Chongqing, different age paragraph infection rates. Methods： HPV subtype detected 5462 patiences with reverse film hybrid technology, then analyzed its result by using SPSS software. Results： The statistics analysis results shows that the most common subtype of high-risk infection HPV are HPV-16, 58, 52： the most common subtype of low-risk infection HPV are FIPV-43, 6, 11.31-40 years old of age women with relatively high infection rates, accounting for 40.21% of the total infection. Conclusion： Pattern 16 headed high- risk pattern HPV infection in this area while the pattern 42 headed the low-risk. Age 30-40 is high-risk stage of HPV infection for females, highly vigilant should be caused.
