摘要
目的探讨时间-空间相关成像技术对正常妊娠胎儿心脏生长发育的研究价值。方法选取进行胎儿超声心动检查的正常妊娠孕妇160例,按孕周分为<24w、24-27+6w、28-31+6w、32-36w 4组。运用时间-空间相关成像技术后处理获得M型图像,测量胎儿心室收缩及舒张末期内径、心室壁及室间隔收缩及舒张末期厚度。结果正常妊娠胎儿心室收缩及舒张末期内径、心室壁及室间隔收缩及舒张末厚度均随孕周的增加而增加,P值<0.05。结论正常妊娠胎儿心脏生长发育随孕周的增加逐渐成熟。
Objective: To investigate the value of spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) on developmemt of fetal heart in normal pregnancies. Methods: 160 normal pregnancies were studied.All the fetuses were divided into 4 group: 〈24, 24-27+6, 28-31+6, 32-36weeks. M mode was obtained with after processing of STIC. The diastolic and systolic inner diameters of ventricular chamber, the thickness of end diastolic and systolic of ventricular wall and interventricular septal were measured. Result: The diastolic and systolic inner diameters of ventricular chamber, the thickness of end diastolic and systolic of ventricular wall and interventrieular septal were increased with gestational age in normal fetuses, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: Growth and developmemt of fetal heart gradually and steadily became mature in normal pregnancies.
