密度梯度联合上游法在宫腔内人工授精中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)中应用不同方法优化处理精液后的临床效果。方法 582个IUI周期分为3组,分别采用上游法、密度梯度法、密度梯度联合上游法三种方法处理精液,比较三种方法的精子处理效果及临床结局。结果密度梯度法处理后精子密度高于上游法和密度梯度联合上游法(P<0.05),精子活率低于上游法和密度梯度联合上游法(P<0.05)。三组妊娠结局无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论宫腔内人工授精中根据精液质量选择合适的优化精子方法,可达到较好妊娠率。 Objective: To discuss clinical effect of different optimized methods of separating high-quality sperm in artificial insemination-husband. Method: 582 IUI cycles was divided into 3 groups using different method: swim-up method, density gradient eentrifugation and density gradient centrifugation combined with swim-up method. We compare the sperm quality after treatment and clinical outcome. Result: The density of the sperm after density gradient centrifugation was higher than that of swim- up method and density gradient centrifugation combined with swim-up method, while the motility rate after density gradient eentrifugation was lower than that of the other groups. There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome between groups. Conclusion: In order to achieve better pregnancy rate, We can choose different methods of separating high-quality sperm in IUI according to sperm quality.
