优化战略坐标方法在科研选题中的应用研究——以那他霉素纳米乳新型纳米乳创制为例

Research of a Novel Strategic Diagram Method Applied in Scientific Research Topic Selection:A Case in Studies on Preparation and Efficacy of Natamycin Nanoemulsion

为提高科研选题的有效性和创新性,以纳米乳药物创制为例,通过与该领域科研人员紧密合作,在遴选检索点与观察点的基础上,采用优化战略坐标分析法对海量科学文献数据进行分析,揭示那他霉素纳米乳药物研究领域学科知识点的分化、组合、转移等特征。结果表明:优化战略坐标分析法与定量、定性等分析方法的相互验证和补充,能够为科研选题提供更加直观、系统、有效的多视角科学观察新思维。

In order to improve the effectiveness and innovativeness of scientific research, this study took the re- search of natamycin as an example to analyze the vast amounts of scientific literature data with optimized strategy coordi- nates analysis, factor analysis and bibliometrics analysis, basing on the retrieval points and observation points, revealing the feature of polarization, assembly and shift of the subject knowledge in natamycin nanoemulsion research. The result shows that this mutual corroboration and complementary research model of quantitative, qualitative analysis and visualization is advantageous to afford a new multi - perspective scientific observations model, which is more intuitively, systematically and effectively for selecting a research topic.
