The Strategy Research on Library Resources Construction Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Subject Service

阐述了我国学科馆员服务的现状与不足,探讨了基于中医药学科服务的图书资源建设策略,包括提高学科馆员的理论水平、完善学科馆员制度、调整和科学规划藏书结构、避免突击采购与集中采购、以多种方式进行图书采访查重工作等。

This paper expounds the current status and shortages of the service of subject librarian in China, and probes into the strategies for library resources construction based on TCM subject service including the improvement of subject librarian’s theoretical level, the perfection of subject librarian system, the adjustment and scientific planning of collection structure, the avoidance of shock purchasing and centralized purchasing, and the duplication checking in book acquisitioning in different ways, etc.
