This paper introduces in detail thd investigation purposes and objects of〈2013 Survey Report of Australian Middle and Primary School Libraries〉and through analyzing the investigation results of this report, finds that the capital budget and staffing level of Australian middle and primary school libraries are positively correlated with the results of students’ reading literacy, which provides references for the construction of China’s middle and primary school libraries and the research of the value of middle and primary school libraries.
