HPLC法测定肾石消胶囊中杯苋甾酮的含量

Determination of Cyasterone in Shenshixiao Capsules by HPLC

目的：建立肾石消胶囊中杯苋甾酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长：243 nm,流速：1.0 ml·min-1,柱温：室温。结果：杯苋甾酮进样量在0.025~0.247μg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.76%（n=9）。结论：该方法快速、简单、结果准确、可用于该制剂质量控制的一项重要指标。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of cyasterone in Shenshixiao capsules. Methods： Using an HPLC method,the column was an Agilent C18（ 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） column,the mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 243 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min- 1,and the temperature of column was room temperature.Results： The linear relationship of cyasterone was good within the concentration range of 0. 025-0. 247 μg（ r = 0. 999 6）,the average recovery was 99. 4%,and RSD was 0. 76%. Conclusion： The method is rapid,simple and accurate,and can be used in the quality control of the preparation.
