迷走神经刺激治疗室性心律失常 被引量:3

摘要 研究发现迷走神经除支配心房、房室结外,也支配心室,调节心室收缩及电生理活动。迷走神经功能异常是心肌缺血、心力衰竭状态下室性心律失常发生的重要因素,而迷走神经刺激可提高心室颤动阈值及有效不应期,拮抗交感神经对心室的作用、调节心室NO释放及缝隙连接蛋白43的表达,显著减少室性心律失常发生。如进行深入研究,迷走神经刺激有望成为临床防治室性心动过速、心室颤动等恶性心律失常的新方法。
