基于模糊马尔科夫过程的电力设备状态维修优化 被引量:2

Condition-based maintenance optimization for power equipment based on fuzzy Markov processes

摘要 建立模糊马尔科夫过程模型以解决设备状态检修决策中存在的状态转移率参数不确定性问题。给出了计及不确定性的设备状态转移参数的模糊表达;依据模糊数的扩张原则求取了设备的模糊可用度;以设备的可用度最大为目标,给出了设备状态检查频率优化决策的方法。算例分析表明,该方法能够有效处理模糊马尔科夫过程的电力设备状态维修优化,使结果更加符合实际,具有良好的工程应用前景。 Through the application of the fuzzy Markov process in the maintainance decision of equipment, the incorrect-ness of the maintenance decisions caused by the uncertainty of transition rates of aging equipment could be solved. First, fuzzy Markov models were developed in which the transition rates were represented by fuzzy membership func-tions.And then, extension principle was used to calculate the fuzzy availability.At last, an optimization method was proposed to get the optimal inspection rates of the equipment for maximum availability.Test results indicated that the proposed method was practical and promising,thus it can be widely used in power equipment maintenance optimization.
