摘要
随着市场经济的全球化发展,企业要想在广阔的市场中拥有一席之地,必须重视人力资源的开发和利用,而建立一套有效的培训体系是确保企业持续培养高素质人才的重要保证。笔者以多年的实战经验论述了培训体系的构建模块,以及在实际操作中应该注重的要点,对燃气企业建立培训机构和系统的培训机制系有一定的借鉴意义。
