健脾疏肝方联合黛力新治疗老年妇女功能性消化不良88例

The Elderly Women with Functional Dyspepsia Treated by Jianpi Shugan Decoction and Deanxit for 88 Cases

目的观察健脾疏肝方联合黛力新治疗老年妇女功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将168例60岁以上老年妇女患者随机分为两组,治疗组88例以健脾疏肝方联合黛力新治疗,对照组80例以莫沙比利片治疗,进行4周的治疗和对照研究。结果总有效率治疗组为85.2%,对照组为66.2%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);显示治疗组改善临床症状优于对照组。结论健脾疏肝方联合黛力新治疗老年妇女功能性消化不良可以更好地提高临床疗效。

Objective To view the clinical effect of Jianpi Shugan Fang combined with deanxit in treating the elderly women with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods Slect the last three years 168 cases of elderly women（age 60） hospital patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 88 cases： Jianpi Shugan Decoction treatment combined with deanxit;the control group 80 cases： treated with mosapride. Results the total effective rate in patients treated with 85.2%, respectively, than the control group 66.2%（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with deanxit in treating the elderly women with functional dyspepsia have a good clinical effect.
