摘要
本文将社会工作者的高流失率现象置于社会工作场域建构进程中加以考察,并把其离职看作是社会工作者面对场域不足采取的保护性行动。要走向专业化发展,就要培育社会工作者的人力资产专用性,加强社会工作实践教育,并在社会工作行动中倡导实践者研究。
This paper will examine the social worker's high turnover rate in the social work field construction process, and see the social worker turnover as a protective action to response the social work field defects. To promote social work professional development, cultivating social worker's human asset specificity, strengthening the social work practice education, and advocating the practitioner research in social work action would put into practice.
