摘要
鉴于国内社会工作专业与实习相关的教学模式研究存在忽略"教学",并局限于机构,缺少对学校教学关注的现状,笔者借鉴国外及我国台湾与实习相关主流教学模式在教学方式、教学参与及教学目标任务上的优势,构建了社会工作专业"实习取向"教学模式。文章不仅对该教学模式的相关概念进行了梳理,还重点阐述了该模式的教学程序、教学方法、教学目标和教学评价等要素,并进一步提出了该模式的保障条件,该模式的构建有助于实习学生知、觉、行合一的实习目标任务的达成。
The domestic social work profession practice-related research of teaching model ignores'teaching'and confines to institutions,lacks of attention to the school teaching. In view of them,author learns advantages from China's Taiwan and abroad mainstream practice-related teaching model in teaching methods and tasks,then constructs the social work profession'practice-oriented'teaching model. Article not only sorts related concepts of the teaching model,but also focuses on the teaching program,teaching methods,teaching objectives and evaluation elements,further propose the conditions of the model.This model helps student to achieve task of uniting of knowledge,feel and practice.
