社会工作文化服务对残疾人文化需求状况的影响——基于W市调查数据的Logistic模型分析

The Influence of Social Work Cultural Service Relation to Social Work Cultural Needs of the Disabled——Based on the Analysis of Logistic Model for Survey Data in W City

在社会工作中,我国残疾人能够享有的社会工作文化服务与残疾人对文化的巨大需求之间存在不容忽视的差距。通过比较的方式,运用二元Logistic模型分析社会工作文化服务状况对残疾人需求的影响。结果表明,社会工作文化服务状况对残疾人需求产生显著影响,并且社会工作文化服务状况对残疾人需求的影响力高于基础性服务的影响力。在社会工作文化服务状况中,残疾人文化培训和指导效果、文化培训体系建设情况以及文化活动扶持在通过显著性水平检验的指标中呈现较高的正向相关,对残疾人文化需求影响力较大。基于以上分析,提出更加重视残疾人的社会工作文化服务体系建设、增强残疾人文化培训和指导效果、完善残疾人的文化培训体系以及加大残疾人文化活动开展力度等对策。

There is an enormous gap between the social work cultural service the disabled can enjoy and their tremendous need for culture, which cannot be ignored. How their need is influenced by the social work cultural service is analyzed through the way of comparison as well as binary Logistic model. The results show that the social work cultural service exerts a significant impact on the requirement of the disabled, which is greater than the influence made from the basic service. Through the notability testing, it has been shown that there is a positive correlation among the effect of cultural training and instruction,the construction of the cultural training system, and the support for cultural activities. Based on the analysis above, strategies are put forward, like attaching more importance to the construction of the social work cultural service system, enhancing the effect of cultural training and instruction for the disabled,improving their cultural training system, intensifying the conduct of the cultural activities, etc.
