中西医结合治疗高血压合并糖尿病36例

Integrative Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of the Treatment of Hypertension and Diabetes for 36 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗高血压合并糖尿病临床疗效。方法通过对2010年1月至2014年3月在我院治疗的72例患者,随机进行分组,分为对照组和实验组,每组为36例患者。其中对照组患者给予西药治疗,实验组患者给予中西医结合治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及临床观察指标。结果实验组患者总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患者的SBP、DBP、BUN、Scr观察指标较对照组患者明显改善,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压合并糖尿病患者采用中西医结合治疗,可以明显提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,提高预后,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the treatment of hypertension and integrative medicine clinical efficacy of diabetes. Methods Through January 2010 to March 2014 in 72 patients treated in our hospital were randomly grouped into control and experimental groups, each of 36 patients. Among the control group were treated with western medicine, the experimental group were treated with combination therapy. Treatment groups were observed and compared clinical outcome measures. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in patients with patients, the difference was significant（ P 〈0.05）; experimental group of patients with SBP, DBP,BUN, Scr observed indicators improved significantly compared with the control group of patients, the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with hypertension and diabetes in combination therapy can significantly improve the treatment results in improving clinical symptoms and improve prognosis, worthy of clinical application.
