反高效液相色谱法测定通络逐瘀丸中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of Ferulic Acid in TongLuoZhuYu Capsules

目的通过测定通络逐瘀丸的阿魏酸的含量,建立通络逐瘀丸的质量控制标准。方法采用反高效液相色谱法对通络逐瘀丸中的阿魏酸进行测定。结果通过实验通络逐瘀丸中的阿魏酸的含量在0.0189-0.3770μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率为99.42%,RSD为1.64%。结论该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,可以用于通络逐瘀丸质量控制。

Objective To establish a standard for determination of Ferulic Acid in TongLuoZhuYu capsules. Methods Ferulic Acid in Tong Luo Zhu Yu capsules by HPLC. Results The linear range of Ferulic Acid was 0.0189~0.3770μg, r=0.9999. The recovery of Ferulic Acid was 99.42% and RSD was 1.64%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurte and can be used to determine Ferulic Acid in TongLuoZhuYu Capsules and quality control of TongLuoZhuYu Capsules.
