宋康教授治疗间质性肺疾病的经验浅谈

Professor Song Kang's Experience on Treatment of Interstitial Lung Diseases

[目的]总结国家级名老中医宋康教授治疗间质性肺疾病的临床经验。[方法]随师侍诊,对宋康教授治疗间质性肺疾病的理论及方法进行整理及分析。[结果]宋康教授根据"常嗽不断、喘息上气、发作有时,渐觉憔悴"的临床表现,将该疾病归属为中医"肺痹"、"肺痿"范畴,认为此病以肺脾肾三脏虚损为本,痰瘀为标,伴有或不伴外邪犯肺之证,在治疗上采用宣肺、下气、软坚、清解、健脾、温补肺肾等法,在临床上达到了标本兼治的目的。[结论]宋康教授治疗间质性肺疾病疗效显著,其临床经验及用药值得学习。

[Objective] To summarize the chnical experience of distinguished veteran TCM doctor of Song Kang on treating interstitial lung disease. [Method] To collect and analyse the theory and methodology of Song Kang＇s chnical treatment on interstitial lung disease by studying from him for a long time. [Result] Professor Song attributes this disease to the category about ＂ pulmonary arthralgia＂ or ＂atrophic lung disease＂ because of its chronic cough, pant, shortness of breath or even wearing one＇s down. Based on the weakness of the lung, spleen and kidney, this disease invariably has phlegm and blood stasis obstructed in lung collaterals, which may also be caused or aggravated by exogenous factors. So Professor Song prefers to treat this by recovering the physiological function of lung, taking away heat, phlegm or stasis, nourishing hing and kidney and so on. [conclusion] Professor Song＇ s clinical experience and herbs used in the treatment of interstitial lung disease is well worth learning for it always has significant effect.
