蓉肤搽剂治疗外阴白斑临床疗效观察

Rongfu Liniment Treat Leukoplakia Vulvae

[目的]探讨自制中药搽剂对外阴白斑的临床治疗效果。[方法]对120例外阴白斑患者随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,Ⅰ组用自制搽剂,Ⅱ组用2%丙酸睾丸酮软膏涂抹,治疗3个月后比较临床疗效,并随访观察其复发率。[结果]I组总有效率88.3%,Ⅱ组总有效率30.0%;随访3个月后,I组复发率为15.1%,Ⅱ组复发率为77.8%。[结论]自制中药搽剂对治疗外阴白斑有较好的临床效果,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

[Objective] To discuss the chnical cure effect of self-made TCM hniment on leukoplakia vulvae. [Method] Randomly divide 120 cases of leukoplakia vulvae into 2 groups, groupⅠ takes self-made liniment, group Ⅱ, 2% monoprop TS Ointment, for smearing; after 3m, compare their clinical effects and follow up to observe the recurrence. [Result] The effective rate was 88.3% for group Ⅰ , 30.0% for group Ⅱ ; after being followed up for 3m, the recurrence rate was 15.1% for group Ⅰ , and 77.8% for group Ⅱ. [Conclesion]The self-made TCM liniment has good clinical effect in treating leukoplakia vulvae, with definite promotion and application value in clinic.
