抑郁症患者执行功能障碍的神经心理学机制及其脑影像学研究进展

Review on Neuropsychological Mechanism and Cerebral Imageology Study of Executive Dysfunction of Depression Patients

[目的]围绕抑郁症患者前额叶皮质功能的神经心理学和脑影像学的研究进展进行综述。[方法]通过搜索Pubmed、Science Direct、中国知网等数据库查找相关文献,将抑郁症患者前额叶皮质区域分为背外侧前额叶皮层、前扣带回和眶前额皮层,并对其神经心理学、脑影像学以及两种方法联合研究的文献进行总结和分析。[结果]抑郁症患者在神经心理学和脑影像学以及两种方法联合研究时背外侧前额叶皮层、前扣带回和眶前额皮层都存在障碍。[结论]抑郁症患者存在执行功能障碍,大量的研究表明执行功能障碍与抑郁症患者的前额叶皮质功能密切相关。

[Objective] To study the progress of neuropsychological and brain imaging studies of prefrontal cortex function in patients with depressive disorder around the front were reviewed. [Methods] By searching Pubmed, Science Direct, China HowNet and other databases to find relevant literature, the prefrontal cortex area of depression was divided into the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate and orbital frontal cortex.And then its neuropsychology, brain imaging, the two methods joint research literature were summarized and analysed. [Results] The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate and orbital prefrontal cortex was obstacles. [Conclusion] The patients of unipolar depression exist executive dysfunction, and a large number of studies have shown that executive dysfunction is closely related with prefrontal cortex dysfunction.
