以A石化公司引进国外进口渣油加氢原料自动反冲洗过滤器技术协议中的过滤器B和过滤器D为例,对两者进行对比分析。两者都具有全自动无人值守功能;原料设计最大加工量351m3/h,操作温度338℃,黏度3.2mPa·s,Fe含量10μg/g;过滤器B为列管式,过滤器D为花瓣式;在最大加工量时过滤器B流通率为1.12GPM/ft2,过滤器D流通率为1.08GPM/ft2;滤芯均为楔形丝网、材质316SS,过滤精度25μm,脱出率过滤器B为98%、过滤器D为99%;反冲洗油均为加氢常渣,温度248℃,黏度3.208mPa·s,反冲洗油流量过滤器B为85.2m3/h、过滤器D为90m3/h,单套过滤器每次反冲洗油消耗总量前者为8m3、后者为8.38m3;反冲洗间隔时间不小于2h,反冲洗启动压差0.1MPa;前者在球阀、电磁阀、执行机构等仪表配置数量上比后者稍多,价格上过滤器B比D高出15万美元左右。
This article compares and analyzes two automatic backwash tilers used in treating hydrogenated residue feedstock,which were imported by a petrochemical company A.Both tilters are fully automatic and unattended devices.The tilters are designed to treat up to 351m^3/h of feedstock.The operating temperature is 338℃,viscosity is 3.2mPa-s and Fe content is 10μg/g.Fiher B is a shell and tube tilter,while tilter D is a petals type filter.When the processing volume peaks,the flow rate at tilter B is 1.12GPM/ft2 and that at filter D is 1.08GPM/ft^2.The tilter elements of both tilters are wedge-shaped screens,made of 316SS.The tilter fineness is 25μm.The removal rates of tilters B and D are 98% and 99%,respectively.Both tilters use atmospherically hydrogenated residue as backwash oil,with the temperature being at 248℃ and viscosity being at 3.208mPa's.The backwash oil flows through tilter B at 85.2m^3/h and through tilter D at 90m3/h.Filter B's backwash oil consumption per operation per unit is 8m3 and that for tilter D is 8.38m^3.The backwash interval is not less than 2 hours and the backwash starting pressure differential is 0.1MPa.Filter B requires use of slightly more instruments,such as ball valves ,solenoid valves and actuators ,than tilter D.The price of tilter B is about US$150000 higher than that of tilter D.
