摘要
本文从广义虚拟经济新视角提出了计量仪器设备制造企业在信息时代塑造持续竞争优势的虚拟价值链模型,基于"虚拟价值链"理论对虚拟价值链及其重构问题进行了深入分析。研究结果显示:仪器设备企业通过透视信息、映射价值链和创建新型顾客关系构建虚拟价值链,利用价值增值效应、整合协同效应和系统化效应满足顾客的多样化需求,提高服务质量,削减不必要的过程,从而使企业获得持久竞争力。
This paper is based on the generalized virtual economy new perspective to propose sustainable competitive advantages of virtual value chain modle for metering equipment manufacturing enterprises and deeply analyze virtual value chain and its reconstruction issues. Research suggests that metering equipment manufacturing enterprises build virtual value chain through perspective information stage, mapping the value chain stage and creating new customer relationships. Metering equipment manufacturing enterprises meet the diverse needs of customers using the value-added effect, integration synergies and systematic ef-fects, improve service quality, cut unnecessary process and obtain lasting competitiveness ultimately.
