摘要
法务管理在西方发达国家已经非常发达,已然成为西方企业管理的核心组件。相比较而言,中国企业法务管理的发展有些缓慢,企业对法务管理的价值认知迟钝,法务管理的实践仍然徘徊于较低水平。企业法务管理发展受到经济制度、市场格局、法律政策、政府管制、技术革新等外部环境因素和企业性质、股东结构、企业战略、行业属性等内部环境因素的影响。中国企业发展法务管理需要改善企业的内外部环境,以提高企业竞争力。
The legal management in western developed countries is very developed,has become a core component of western enterprise management. In comparison,the development of China＆#39;s enterprise legal management is slow,the value cognition of the enterprise legal management is blunt,legal management practice is still hovering at lower levels. Enterprise legal man-agement development is affected by external environment factors such as economic system,market structure,legal policy, government regulation,technological innovation and internal environmental factors such as enterprise nature,shareholder struc-ture,enterprise strategy,industry attributes,etc. The development of Chinese enterprises＆#39; legal management needs to improve the enterprise＆#39;s internal and external environment,in order to improve enterprise competitiveness.
