钢铁产业的健康发展对我国城镇化的和谐发展意义重大。我国经济增长以投资拉动为主,能源消耗高、环境污染严重。钢铁工业是国民经济的基础产业,也是环境污染的主要来源,钢铁行业的环境污染已成为影响人类生存、制约企业发展的关键问题,把生态理念纳入到钢铁企业绩效考核体系中,有利于企业节能减排、提高经济效益、改善生态环境,有助于更加客观地制定产业政策。
