Education internationalization is the inevitable outcome of the globalization trend in the world Colleges and univer-sities in Hebei province are facing with problems like slower internationalization processes and less internationalization devel-opment approaches because of its location,the development history,ideas and any other subjective and objective reasons. The construction of the Confucius institutes provides unprecedented opportunities for the development of colleges and universi-ties in our province. According to the Confucius institute,we should construct teachers＆#39; internationalization,promote the in-ternationalization of students,strengthen international exchanges,and introduce international management concept for Hebei province＆#39;s economic construction and reform and opening up.
