摘要
白酒是中华民族传统的发酵食品,有着悠久的历史。关于中国白酒与人体健康的问题一直以来都是人们关注的焦点,当前人们对白酒健康问题认识模糊,阻碍了白酒行业的发展。中国白酒行业的发展必须依靠科技进步,在继承民族传统生产工艺精华基础上不断创新,努力提升传统名优白酒产品的质量及其科技含量。论述了近年来关于中国传统白酒与人体健康关系的研究现状,并进行了分析和展望。
Liquor is the Chinese nation traditional fermented food,has a long history.the relationship of Chinese liquor and human health has always been the focus of attention.At present,the people has a fuzzy understanding of liquor health problems, hindered the development of liquor-making industry. The development of the Chinese liquor industry must rely on scientific and technological progress.in continuous innovation on the basis of inheriting traditional process essence, efforts to improve the quality of traditional liquor products and technology content.This paper discussing the research of the relationship of Chinese liquor and human health in recent years, the future research has been analyzed and prospected simply.
