摘要
本文通过对北京市25-30岁年龄段本科工作人群关于就业专业对口问题的问卷和电话调查,获得和分析了当前大学生就业专业对口的相关数据,找出了专业不对口的原因,做了相关的原因分析,并试图找出问题解决途径。
This paper intends to investigate on the relation between employment and undergraduate majors of target colleage graduates aging from 25 to 30 through questionnaires and telephone interviews. By analyzing corresponding data obtained by conducting factor analysis, the author concludes with possible reasons for misfit between undergraduate majors and employment and provides relevant attentative solutions.
